(We have ordered CLtL 2nd edition, but haven't received it yet.)

New chapters are on

- The Common Lisp Object System.

- The Common Lisp (a.k.a. Pitman) Condition System.

- The expanded LOOP iteration facility.

- A programmable pretty-printing facility.

Appendices describe

- Richard Waters' proposed facilities for series, generators, and
	gatherers.

- Advanced backquote usage.

ANSI X3J13 additions and clarifications are sprinkled throughout
the book as appropriate. All changes from the first edition are
diff-marked.
