Franz has had an IBM RISC-6000 for several months and has scheduled a
full release of Allegro CL for 4Q90. Alpha or Beta versions might be

Lucid has been commissioned by IBM to provide Lucid Common Lisp
for the RS6000. The product will be sold and supported directly
by Lucid and will be available later this year. Beta is
scheduled for Q4 1990.
Under a another agreement with IBM, Lucid is also working on a
port of Lucid Common Lisp to the PS/2 under AIX. This product
will also be supported directly by Lucid. Beta is scheduled for
the end of Q2 1990.
