It seems we have a rather urgent need for a powerful version
of LISP to run on some IBM-RTs under AIX.  (We have xlisp,
but apparently it doesn't have enough horses for the task.)

The experts in all this say we need either Franz Lisp or
Common Lisp.  Can anyone point me to a source(s) for either/both?
Cost is a concern, but I'll track down any pointers.
