The Signal Processing Language and Interactive Computing Environment
(SPLICE) developed by two former members of the MIT Digital Signal
Processing Group has been made available by MIT for distribution.

The package is roughly 250,000 bytes of Zetalisp/flavors source code
for the Symbolics 3600 series under operating system rev 6.1. A
license for the sources and binaries along with media costs $1000.
