Howdy!

Could someone tell me where I can get my hands on an implementation of 
Kohlbecker's "macro-by-example" mechanism, written in Scheme? I have a 
copy of the paper from the 1987 POPL, but I'm not sure I'm clever
enough to get it right based on that description.
