Hi!  Does anyone out there have an online version of the Kyoto Common
Lisp documentation in line printer (rather than KROFF) format that I
could FTP?  Alternatively, does anyone know where I could get a copy
a formated and printed copy of the Kyoto Common Lisp documentation
without writing to Japan?
