I obtained the KCL sources from UTexas, and much to my dismay, all the
"#ifdef IBMRT" sections were blank!  Most of what's missing seems to be
assembly language code (ick).  Does anyone out there have the missing
code?  Is anyone working on it?  We don't even have the "Assembler Reference
Manual" for the RT so it would be pretty hopeless to attempt a port.

This is for an IBM RT/PC running 4.2.
